01What we wash
Six surfaces cover almost every job we get called out for. If yours is not on the list, send it over and we will tell you whether it is something we take on.
Driveways
Oil spotting, tyre marks and the grey film that builds up season after season.
Sidewalks and walkways
Moss and algae in the joints, the slip risk that comes with an Oregon winter.
Patios and pavers
Aggregate and paver surfaces brought back to the stone finish underneath.
Decks
Pressure matched to the board so the grain lifts clean without furring.
Siding
House wash on the wall, not into it. Fixtures and plants covered first.
Fences
Weathered timber and vinyl, taken back a shade without stripping it.
02Pressure matched to the surface
Concrete takes a different pressure than cedar siding, and a paver joint takes a different one again. Running one setting across a whole property is how boards get furred, how paint gets driven off and how aggregate loses its top layer. We set the machine per surface, and where a lower pressure will not do the work on its own, the cleaning happens through dwell time instead of force.
Plants, fixtures and finishes get covered before any pressure goes on. When the job is done we walk it with you before the truck leaves.
03Recent surfaces
Photographed on the job, no staging.
